Thank you for showing luxury affordable homes. I appreciate you for showing Us this price range. I love seeing those millions dollar homes but they are out of my budget. Thank You again❤

I loved the house with the loft. However, that is all the way in BFE. I currently live in cypress and looking to make a move, but on the west north west side.

Beautiful homes thank you for showing these lovely affordable homes. I especially love the Highland farmhouse one story style. Can you please tell me the name of the floor plan ? Thank you so much.

Love your videos. Can you also add the HOA fees since you show highlights of the community. Also, info on the community areas in a flood zone.

How much was the David Weekly home with the apartment upstairs from the garage? And what was the name of it?
@SK-lf1crАй бұрын
it starts at 438k
@Ea-n7xАй бұрын
Yeah, but that is the base price. I'm sure the $437 does not include the loft. That's what I don't like about these guys. Tells us the price of home as it is shown. Then tell us the base price and tell us what is included and what is an upgrade.

We are planning our first trip to go see homes, do any of the builders do a smooth finish on walls and ceilings? We have watched most of your videos and they all seem to be textured.
@SK-lf1crАй бұрын
you probably would have to go a custom builder and ask say Partners in building if interested in a Master planned community or look at custom homes in the higher price points, if you are desire say a Lvl 5 drywall

Ok… first let me say I appreciate your channel… but you have to know that what you’re showing Us, going through the homes,etc…. We can see the size of the rooms, closets, pantries for what they are……The issue I have with you and your partner is: the adjectives you use to describe what we see…. I.e. …. Big, really large, oversized, massive, ample space, ample size; when the areas you’re describing in the house Are Not… describing breakfast areas as dining rooms, etc. Just because you say it, doesn’t make it so….
@Ea-n7xАй бұрын
They are here for the builder, not so much the buyer. Not sure they will work on bringing down the price for us, if they already feel they are rock bottom. I wish they were more subjective to the buyer and what we are looking for. Great guys.
@DanielDbroo22 күн бұрын
If you need more in depth information on these homes, see them yourself. They can only do so much over video and actually are doing more than most agents out there to show you what’s available to buy. Plus, “big” to you is different for others. To me, 1000sqft is big, but for others is small. It’s subjective. Give the guys some credit. Do you know how hard it is to make an hour long video for you, the buyer?
