South of I-10 in Katy is too expensive, mainly due to the highest rating schools. I did visit Elyson this year. Houses are pretty good for the value.

Our greatest challenges is that we all tend to put our heads on one basket, unemployment and rule of law has been on a high rate and we first timers face in the market is that we end up losing all we have,making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. I think Coach Hilder trades for everyone I meet. I met her twice at a meeting in Connecticut and after her lectures from her. I had to personally ask her to be my financial advisor. she is definitely good.

The first house is pretty but I don't like the colors. I am not a fan of dark colors. House number 2 is great but it's missing a fireplace in the living room.

Why do you call a toilet a half bathroom? Don't see a bathtub or shower in there. Plus the multitude of bathrooms with tiny baths. Not even a decent shower installed only a shower head over the bath. Also the cabinets that reach to the 10ft ceilings, how do you access them,you need a ladder to get to them. Seems those homes don't have any common-sense built in. All show and no go. Sorry just wasted space

Texas has no income rax UNTIL you buy a house then your property tax is pretty much income tax, unless its a cheap house, but certainly not this beast
