it's a very beautiful design and very elegant. It really doesn't work in this configuration because the attraction side is just going to lock it immediately. You need repulsion on both sides and the timing of the repulsion Has to be calibrated so that there's a constant dynamic exchange on both ends. I suspect that the engineer knows this since anyone who went as far as to design the first case Would very likely understand the second case I just described. In any case these are very creative well designed red herrings that help a consciously intelligent person to actually think. thank you.

" _It really doesn't work in this configuration_ " It doesn't work in any other configuration either. Never mind how elegant a design might be, conservation of energy can't be tricked. Permanent magnets can only deliver potential energy, no continuous energy.

Hello, engineer, according to my personal experience with magnets, the power of the insole magnet must be twice that of the piston magnets, so that the force balance is not created. Because if there is a force balance, the horseshoe magnet will not be able to push the cylindrical magnet back. I hope my opinion is useful for you. Good luck🙏

According to the unanimous experience and knowledge of engineers and scientists this motor can't work and all proposals for changes to make it work are superfluous. A motor can't be driven solely by permanent magnets, this is outright impossible, never mind what exquisite designs are tried. Magnets deliver forces but they don't deliver continuous energy.

Show! Abraço do Brasil!

Hello engineer, don't be tired. This concept design is interesting and useful! But make sure that the distance between the magnets is greater so that they do not have a negative effect on each other. That is, increase the diameter of the engine and reduce the size of the pistons. Be successful and victorious.

When a system become more complex, some frictions apprend, and reduce the final "benefit". When it's too simple, you cannot expect solve all the problems. It's why a lot of reseaches don't acheve ..

The problem I see with this is the amount of power loss on the flywheel pushing the magnets back and forth.
@En_theo2 жыл бұрын
I was thinking the same, a lot of friction there. But it could be overcome if, instead another disk of magnets on the other side, we put a perpendicular disk. Once the first disk is in repulsive position, it will make the perpendicular disk spin which will repulse a 3rd disk. If the second disk can spin in such a way that this works, then it would demonstrate his idea is correct.
@carlosaguirre63412 жыл бұрын
@@En_theo Interesting!!! He should try your idea, I was thinking of getting rid of the friction or at least some of it by adding rollers on both sides of the end of the magnets, instead of pins touching the two sides of the flywheel but I like your idea better.

Hello, your design is clever but it does not contain any gravitational or magnetic symmetry breaking. So the energy will not be able to increase with each half cycle and your prototype will not work for long and will eventually stop.
@joshuabrand111Ай бұрын
Well I don't think this design could be used to drive anything but if you implemented induction coils into the cylinders you could technically use this as a compact generator. I'm using it to turn mechanical energy and rotational KZbin rapid lateral force and electricity..... Right here with a few alterations and to a compact Dynamo or alternator that produces a decent amount of electricity for a given mechanical force but it will still need constant mechanical force. The likelihood that it will be able to power itself for any extended period of time off of the magnetic fields alone is extremely low but with a few alterations it could make a great generator core for sale backyard windmill or a water wheel or replacing your alternator. Like it's not going to run forever or any long period of time under its own power because no thanks to Newton's second law.
@joshuabrand111Ай бұрын
Long story short I do see several possible applications for this design with minimal alteration but not for the intended being a self-powering engine. However you could also take those same alterations and turn it into a electric motor with high torque low speed. For applications such as electrically powered power tools or other instances where you need a lot of torque but not a whole lot of rotational speed.
