Jen I am so proud of you!! I’ve been watching you forever!! I usually do t comment but always am watching and liking your videos! Jen - another trick. After draining your potatoes, put them back in the pan, place them back on burner, and shake them over the burner til they’re dry. THEN, get your mixer out, and without mixing in the warm milk/butter mixture, whip them until they’re smooth. THEN, add your warm milk/butter. Voila! Not a lump in sight. Learned this from my mama 50 years ago.

That southern cornbread dressing reminds me of an old supervisor, she passed away a few years ago. She was so sweet and made Thanksgiving dinner for the entire office. She would add sausage to her dressing also.

My secret to stuffing/dressing? Not cornbread. YEAST ROLLS. It ends up SO smooth and delicious. The stuffing that comes out of the bird is AMAZING!!!!!

They all sound so great, I can't decide what to make first, but I'm thinking I am going to try those stuffing sausage balls and not tell my husband they have stuffing in them to see if he will like them since he doesn't like stuffing. Your southern stuffing looks great, the pecan pie bars look terrific also. I'm telling you, you are the best, with different green beans and heating the potato milk and butter before mixing.

Omgoodness, stuffing is my fave, so this looks like an AWEsome upgrade to the regular Bisquick ones! Btw, I have switched to using Cracker Barrel's biscuit mix now. It is SO much better!
