A lot of hyperbole here and seemingly AI GPT generated advice which is only applicable to about 1% of society. BTW: 1 example out 1 million: How is life fair to a newly recruited (forcibly) 20 year old Ukrainian who is sent out to Kursk to die for the US proxies who are the only ones to benefit from this conflagration. Life is very fair for the elites and chosen few in the anglosphere but not for 95%: redirection and reflection on the past and focusing on the future is not an option for survival today.. Ditto for the Christians in Syria under ISIS who are being systemically wiped out today.
