Hi! I was wondering I have very developed hamstrings and quads but I feel that I can't grow my glutes accordingly...I've tried hip thrust, walking lunges, Single leg Split squats, kick backs...every isolation move that I can think of, but my hamstrings just keep overloading my glutes. sounds like your glutes aren't activating during those compound movements. Add in a few sets of hip thrust before every squat and deadlift day... IMPORTANT: really squeeze your glutes hard...think about it when you're doing it

Laury tArt maybe u do to heavy weights, sometimes when to heavy it hits more legs and quads but not much butt, cuz we can't focusing on the butt when to heavy:).

In what position should I put my feet to get maximum from the hip thrust? I've noticed the exercise feels different when I have my feel closer to the body and when I move them more forward. #askliveleantv
