That's so interesting! I had to look it up and it turns out Shuksan is derived from the local indigenous Lummi word (šéqsən) meaning "high peak." It makes me wonder if that is pure coincidence or if it traces back to a mother language that Koreans and Native Americans shared before their ancestors migrated from Asia to North America.

Go to Jesus Hes the only thing that can overflow that void in your heart. Being a good person doesnt get you to heaven because none of us are good. We are all wicked and have all sinned deserving hell. But God loved the world so much that he gave his only begotten son. Jesus died on a roman cross so we can be forgiven, you see when God created Adam and Eve they were perfect(sinless). But when they fell into sin (because Eve was tempted from the serpent aka the devil, she decided to eat it and had Adam eat it to) They disobeyed God. Now God gives us free-will, which means you habe the choice to choose what you want to do(just how Adam and Eve sinned and how lucifer got kicked out of heaven.) Even if you were the only person in the world God would still send his son to die for us because he loves us. Now to get to heaven you have to put your faith in Jesus and repent! Repent means- turning away from sin. Faith means- putting your trust in something. So repent from all sin and put your faith im Christ alone. Hes the only person that can comfort you at your lowest. Dont only go to Jesus when things are not going your way because he is not a magic thing. No Jesus is a Father, a peaceful, joyful, kind-hearted Father! So many plp are cut-up In religion that they dont even realize the true Jesus. They make their own religious Jesus when Jesus isnt abt religion but a relationship with you!! Amazing that the creator of the universe wants a relayionship with you. Look boys/girls will break your heart, but Jesus wont! You see this covid-19 crisis anf other things. Well the bible talks abt the things that are even happening now. Jesus is coming and you have to be prepared. The Bible is a spiritual book. It was not written by men. Yes the Biblr was written by plp but plp fulled with The Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is Gods Spirit, which if you dony have Gods Spirit then you dont belong to him. You need Gods Spirit to get into heaven!So do you want to follow Jesus?

What I really love is the thunder storm outside sounds random. Some videos have the exact same thunder clap every 15 seconds like clockwork. This one has several different types of thunder and they're all spaced out so you don't even notice the overlap. Just a nice rumble every now and then to remind you it's still there. Exquisite.

One of the most photographed mountains on the planet for good reason, especially from Picture Lake (Bham/WWU FTW and great skiing/boarding up there, too). Absolutely worth a visit but videos like this will be what keeps us sane when we either cannot travel easily anymore or we leave for the stars! Gorgeous scene but I can't escape that this eight looped hours was of the same 15...20?...minutes (30m16s after looking)of morning light and it appears there is one other comment noting this. No problemo, all scenic videographers do this nowadays...repeats the golden hour here, prolongs the moment, saves a LOT on storage and battery (especially using 4K or more). Just know what you are getting if you pay $25 for the download. I have to agree with some people here though...investing in at least a good Rode microphone, depending on what you're capturing light with, would be a great investment. Right on the shoe. I'd also love to see this scene at 14mm to 24mm instead...the mountain will still fill a respectable amount of the frame.
