This video quite literally sparked one of my old memories, i was about 19 and got my full driver's license. Drove to the beach one night at around 2 in the morning and just sat in my car with my windows down, bawling my eyes out whilst listening to the waves come crashing into the shore, and then slowly being sucked out again. The waves reminded me of how me and my family would go on holiday trips around the place, we mostly went to coastal areas... sadly, I've distanced myself from my family for nemours reasons that i don't really want to say on here.

Reminds me of when I used to live on the coast and spent alot of time at the beach. Always enjoyed the sound of the waves on the shore and the smell of the salt water, the seaweed, sand, driftwood, rocks, shells, crabs and other ocean critters with the cool moist misty air. It always seemed refreshing, reinvigorating and healing. Sure do miss it.

There’s a logical reason for that. Many studies have found that there’s a big correlation between being mentally healthy and “blue spaces” such as sea, lakes, etc. being in presence of blue spaces for at least 20 min has some benefits to our health and helps to lower the stress levels.
