take it to the shop they will charge for you. If the battery is integrated, you cant do much, only change.

this case your hybrid battery could been faulty. Get it to the nearest Service Center.

Yeap, electricity flows from a negative (-) to a positive (+). Another thing, actually there is a special black hook for (-).

Hi ibrahim. 2018 models the 12v battery is integrated with the hybrid batt under the back rear seat. Its a 12v lithium Ion battery and it cost 1.6k. i hope i had answered your question.
