I would also recommend the water enhanced mod 🙂 makes water look so so much better. Also, the debug console which also has command to teleport from anywhere.

How do you put mods on for Steam deck

I'm guessing the same way as on windows. Steam Deck installs the windows version of the game and launches it with a layer of proton. You just have to find the game directory on the steam deck after downloading your chosen mod.
