Hey! Firstly I wanted to say thank you, I really liked this video and found it useful.I Have couple of questions though, which erose during watching. I'll apreciate a lot if you answer me :) 1. Could you please write the names of the mentioned by you at the begining books down? Also, in the tip 6 I think, you mentioned the name of Dale Carnegie's book 'How to Win Friends and Influence People', did I hear it right? 2. About the tip 5 'Talk less, listen more', what if a client is not a talkative type, and he/she obviously expects you to tell him/her all about the photography and his/her future photoshoot, and whatever you ask them they keep short(closed) answer? What I should do in such cases? 3. About the tip 6 'Be present and remember the details', is it ok to take notes of dates and names during the meeting ? Especially when the names are not from the native language/culture, so they easily can be confused or forgotten. Thank you very much :D
