hi, i have a question, if you had 2 stamping presses, how would you calculate your stamping process?

Hi. Thanks for the question! If the stamping presses are the same, you can just divide the cycle time by 2, so you would have one part every 1/2 of cycle time as interval of time. The lead time in that process would be the same, you din't need to divide by 2, since the time it takes to produce a piece from beginning to end will not change based on the number of parallel processes that you have.
