Sir, have the below clarifications, 1. Between Process 1 & Process 2 ( say Stamping 1 and Welding 1) assume that the observed inventory is not given as per question/example. 1.1 can I calculate or estimate inventory using Littles law considering the CT as the lead time for Process 2 1.2 or is this law limited to the Value chain entirely ? which is Inventory = Lead Time* Throughput rate of the E2E Value Stream. 1.3 If your answer is “can be applied to estimate in b/w inventory as well” then, is this formula correct ? (Process 2 CT Time * Throughput Rate) = (Inventory X) at any time before Process 2
