Through this comment I want to request you to inform Qatar government to take action against those companies who still not allow to change of sponsorship even workers finished 2 years of contract so many companies not accepting the resignation letter and they cancelling the workers id, giving threats that they will report to CID. Qatar government always thinks about workers but some companies they are like dictator they force fully trying to send workers to home so many workers are very hopeful that without company approval also they can change company after finishing the 2 years of contract which government can see very clearly through individual QID and contract paper copy to allow employees to change company.

@@Monir_Chowdhury yes brother companies need always good relation with government but Qatar government always good with workers also but some companies have some bad management people they don't care about workers or labour they don't value active staff only they value higher level positions people some cheap minded and old minded uneducated management staffs in companies making hard internal company policies which making hard for Labour to change company that's why all old minded and dictator type management staffs need to clean from all the companies so companies also can grow with following government rules

@@harikarki5569 Now NOC not required brother but still some companies giving threats to workers when they submit resignation that's the main problem and workers have no any documents like CR copy of company, this type of simple things also not giving to workers after 2 years also that's why through this comment I want to request Qatar government to analyse the data from workers QID or contract paper to process further steps but one thing always workers need to follow 2 months notice period because owner also needs to prepare replacement.

@@nauloyatraentertainment6755 no just one month ago again I got job but I went to office and talk about noc company say 1st I have to go with offer latter then they will check and think and it’s means they are not sure to give me noc and I lost that job also because that job company wants to join in between 5/7 days

Bolte hai bahar jakr 5000 jama kr do jaldi report mil jayega. Nhi to fail bhi karte hai logo ko nhi dene pr. Ministry me iska complaint kaise kre.please bataye. Mobile nhi le jane dete under kyoki koi video bana lega.

Yes brother if ur visa is valid u can come back to home, unless u will get id u will not be able to work other place, until.ur sponsor provide u Noc, if ur current sponsor is not treating u well or ur work is not satisfying just come back to home & then go on new visa
