Hi Seinei, could you make a video and talk about gripping and grip fighting. How to control an opponen through gripping and how to end up in a better position for a throw. I often have trouble with opponents that are agressive grippers. It is sometimes very hard to get myself into a position to be able to do a throw due to my poor gripping tactics. Thank you very much.

One suggestion: Take an old broom stick or something else you can put a screw into. Take 3' of rope and put a loop knot on each end (i use noose knots) Put one end through a few small plate weights and feed the other through the loop. Take the other end that went through the loop and hook it to the screw. Hold the handle or bar horizontally in front of you with no slack in the rope. Have your knuckles point forward. Take one hand and point the knuckles to the floor in front of the bar. Grab it. Use that hand to rotate the bar toward you, raising the weights a few inches. When the one rotating hand is as far back as it can go, rotate the other forward. Take turns using your hands to wind the rope around the bar until there is no more rope. Now reverse this, allowing each hand to slowly unwind the rope from the bar. When the weights touch the floor again, use your hands to wind the rope the opposite way. Your forearms will get very strong in rotating up and down and will soon look like popeye's.
