How could anyone who claims to be a decent human being not appreciate this young man?

He'd rather lose than win unfairly. Great player, and what is more important - great human being.

That's why i love him the most: despite being a real prodigy and the next big 4, along Roger, Rafa, and Nole), Carlitos is a true legend of this sport also as a person: i met him twice, i can promise you that he's really kind. Love you Carlitos, VAMOS!

Well, all the people who have commented on other videos that Carlos Alcaraz is arrogant should watch this. No signs of arrogance here - not many players would speak up in favour of an opponent, even when it could mean that they might lose the point ❤

People who are talking nasty about Carlos are fools and maybe jealous about him for some strange reason?
@senoritasteffy4324
@senoritasteffy4324 Ай бұрын
@@Marcel20658 I don't know, maybe. I just hope he doesn't take any of those comments to heart. At the end of the day, if he's happy with who he is, that's all that matters 🙂

@@senoritasteffy4324 let's hope so? But Carlos is a very charismatic, humble and down to earth guy. When you are a public figure then you must realise that people can write nasty things about you. Just to insult or hurting you. That's why I hate social media like Facebook. And then it is how you handle these kind of things or situations? When Carlos is just focusing on his tennis carrière then everything will be fine for him.

@@Marcel20658 I think maybe as players (or any famous people) get older, comments on social media become less important and they probably come to realise that other people's opinions of you don't define you. As Carlos says, he's surrounded by his family and friends who are a positive influence on him, so as long as he stays close to them and he's happy with who he is, then other people's negative comments won't affect him so much. I think he's got the maturity and level of support to be able to handle it. Let's hope so 😊

@@Marcel20658 yes it's true, I don't understand how social media has got such a grip on people or why they take so much notice of what's published on there. At the end of the day, real life is the most important thing, and I'm sure Carlos, like all famous people, will eventually realise that it's not really that important and will learn to ignore it. He says his friends and family are important to him, so I'm sure he'll allow himself to be influenced by them rather than by people on social media who don't even know him

In so many sports people have few morals and cheat. By showing good sportsmanship it brings the game up another level and makes the game so much more enjoyable. Always notice people who cheat in sports also do at work, bringing the worst out in humanity. Life is so much more fulfilling when being honest and having manners. Combined with humour nd kindness, It never ceases to open doors to the world and opportunity which otherwise would have remained firmly closed..

Alcaraz has too many haters online, and I defend him repeatedly. Most don't like him because he won the Wimbledon title against Djokovic. And the press keeps asking him about how he feels about Joker, after he replies, they twist his words to make it as if he is obsessed with Djokovic, which makes the haters hate him even more, and then Carlitos reads the comments and gets upset over them, affecting his game.

I defend him too. Thank you. These toxic Novak fans (mainly) can be pretty abusive. I point out if they had a talented young 20 year old child they would not want anyone to treat them that way. I point out that they need to be doing something constructive with their own lives.

I am not a Novak-Fan as well. But I guess that he also probably has similar sportsmanship. Even if it did not come from heart, an intelligent player will know that sportsmanship on the long run simply pays out. It relieves the own soul and gives sympathy for oneself through viewers and everybody.

@@ooops372 Actually Novak is not known for his sportsmanship, at least not till the game is over. lol During the game he will try everything to distract the opponent and make him lose concetration..
