Also for number 7 I'd suggest telling your new friends to set toggle locked into spacebar, and get used to unlocking and locking frequently, that way they can have the ease of fighting on locked without the downsides of it

The term elo hell doesn't refer to the toxicity of people in lower ranks, it refers TO the lower ranks BECAUSE of the toxicity that players have in those ranks.
