What do you do if they send 2-4 people for you every time you split push and your team sits in mid lane literally afk or clearing raptors and wolves? Also, if everyone is playing "perfectly" then mid, top, and bot would all be "splitting", or literally just rotating. And if all the laners don't go to dragon fights and push lanes, you're basically saying to give up drakes. All laner's playing perfectly would just increase the amount of pick potential the enemy team has by 3 times.

@@lejhind4ryadcarry328 Yes, but only if you know for absolute certain the capabilities of the enemy team, and there location. If champions you can outplay are not visible/turn to contest, go for it. If 2+ enemies are unknown in location, or the super fed that can easily dive onto you is missing, you'd better stick to just the collection zones of the lanes. Remember - missing that dangerous wave will pay off more often than not. You can't farm when dead. Also, utilise jungle camps. Say your splitting in bot, t1 towers are down for both sides. You push the wave just beyond your tower's safety, and no idea where the enemies are - get krugs. Gives you time to watch the map, learn locations, and determine if the wave is safe to continue pushing.

This happens to me all the time in my games in gold elo. Say we are about to do dragon and I am mid lane, so I try to push out the waves so they crash into the enemy tower before rotating so I can punish the enemy if they don't go and collect those waves, and team is always mad at me because I don't group as fast as they want me to. Another thing I hate in this stupid elo is how junglers always force bad dragons without considering the game state, which means they think it's good to take a dragon just because they can, even if I as a mid laner is hard shoved in under my tower and would need 1-2 ganks in order to get prio, or bot just reset etc. Really, just fuck this stupid objective. Idk why people tunnel so hard on it just because soul. Yeah, soul is nice, but my goal is not to have a 25+ min long time playing for soul each game, but to try to end it as effectively as possible as early as possible.

@@MadnanTheArcher understandable. i took jungle role so this doesn't happen the secret for a good gank is timing, positioning and map awareness : junglers should only gank lanes when a) they know they can secure the kill b) enemy laner is overextended until they can flank them from the back c) when enemy jungler is at the opposite lane d) when your team's laner is in danger and needs help immediately try telling these to your jungler, maybe it might help

Have you heard of Hotelling's Model of Spatial Competition? This video's strategy is just to get advantages by going against the trend. Basically its a very selfish strategy because it relies on your team not doing the same, disregarding objective fights for more cs, and forcing your team to either give up the objective or fight outnumbered fights. If they keep sending 2-4 people to kill you, and if your team does nothing in the meanwhile, the game is only going to get delayed. And in low elo solo queue, you barely get anyone to listen to your baron pings, or they do it 30 seconds after you die. If you split push, literally the worst case scenario is 4 man ace, lose baron. The best you can do with a champ that's not trynd or fiora is tier 2 turret or inhib turret. The best case scenario is you die while 4 man run you down and your team starts baron 30 seconds after you die.

They don't know a single thing about split pushing and swear at you because you are doing it. Last game I did this, was when 3 enemy pushing bottom lane while I was pushing the mid lane. The reason that I didn't go to the bottom lane is, there were only 1 ally and I wasn't fed enough to protect our tower, so I tried to get the most gold out of the mid tower instead of walking to the bottom lane for 20 seconds and sitting there or probably dying.

I pretty much just play norms and as Zoe I'll often start to get a lead but before I can really snowball both teams decide to start going ARAM ridiculously early and I lose my lead. It may be time to ignore them when they start doing that to get my cs up when possible. I tend to get As almost every game but I have yet to get an S for mastery due to my cs and it's embarrassing having 80k points but still only mastery 5, even if I'm usually not doing poorly.

yes but you achieve a decent situation by pushing bot and making the enemy pay for taking baron by losing 1 or 2 towers, however if you are playing a splitpusher champion and have teleport it may not be a bad idea to look for a teleport flank onto baron after crashing wave into bot, as long as you think that teleport can win the fight and get baron, the chance of this flank working increases significantly if enemy toplaner has no teleport but backs to hold your splitpush because you can turn it into a 5v4 flank on baron this way. The trick is first and foremost analyzing if you can win the 5v5, if not you should aim to take towers while splitting and ping your team to concede baron while stopping enemy recalls instead of engaging 4v5, and your aim is to take towers asap until somebody comes for you. If you can win the fight however it's not a bad idea to crash bot, teleport for 5v5 and win it with a flank because enemies will be losing botside farm if you made it slowpush towards you before flanking, which costs them twice as much if you actually win the 5v5. If you cannot split and cannot 5v5, then look to bait one, or even better two people towards you, place vision beforehand, and outrotate them for a 4v3 with your team with teleport(unless you are a mobile champion who can do it without teleport) while they look for you on bot

Yeah. The point is to fix the freeze in the middle of the lane so your minions do tower damage. The tower kills your minions which forces the enemy to lose a bunch of gold. It can also force the enemy to have to react to the minion wave. When your minions die the enemy minions will arrive and bounce the wave back towards your tower. More waves will arrive. This is when you want to fix the wave again.

This is why I always tell anyone if they want to climb they should play top and play champs that are split push gods like trynd, jax and trundle. When I play trundle top I deny the fact that my team even exists and just split push top 24/7. Whether I lost lane or not does not matter since I'll be putting pressure top and the beauty of it is that if I get collapsed on and I'm fed it turns into a fight in my favor, if I'm behind then it still does not matter since I'll be worth 0 gold. im sayin' this from a botlaner perspective, here on botlane everything is black and white if they start a bad fight mid with all of their members there and you cant come to help em(reasons: you die instantly, you dont get there in time, your way too behind for you to deal effective damage, the fight just looks too weird and u dont wanna risk it) you can look to push the lane ur standing on and take their turret or take all of their jungle camps(depending on how much time do u got untill they are done with that fight), take herald/drake and ward in crucial places(next objective your team's gonna go to is drake you ward drake, next objective they gonna be on is a turret you ward a place that the enemy team will possibly ambush your team etc.) the map is your only friend because if you see them coming to you without looking at the map your probably dead in the next 5 seconds, never risk going sidelane if someone you cant kite or kill is not on the map at least one lane distance between you and him be happy about dudes that int teamfights they are your tanks no matter what role they play (assasin/mage/fighter etc) they let you deal damage for free , use fog of war for surprise attacks tell your support to ward the enemy jungle after you killed em dont expect your team to win anything play with the mindset that if you didnt joined that fight its probably doomed so continue your job without looking back and the last thing win! welcome to botlane! 6:35 for example of somethings that i said up there.(look at his map he saw every member of the enemy team and full commited on that)

Hopefully you can take the turret if you're that far ahead and then you push your wave past the ruins of their T1 turret to achieve a similar (though not as good) effect. You still have prio in that lane but the enemy is more easily able to farm it.

For example if I play twitch on my smurf I afk farm until 3 items and then hovering near my often grouped team farming jgl being ready 2 q r in and 1v5 the fight! At around 5:30 when Diana was bot. Her team was a poke heavy comp. Should have hovered near baron, close enough to poke and far enough to not get hard engaged. Let Diana push, the moment they back to match Diana THEN take baron. That's just my opinion from a lowly gold player from the variables given.

Lux as solid wave clear. So its okay to split push as lux, but not to get towers. Just to get free gold and push the waves back. Your role in teammates fights will be bursting people, CC and if you need to buy time wave clearing. Just remember that last part. If the enemy wants to push tower and you can't fight you should just be tossing abilities into the minions and clearing them out so they have nothing to push with. This allows you by yourself to stall out a team buying time for your actual split pusher to get towers or for your team to group up and defend with you.

Yes and no, your minions push harder after a turret falls. Somehow that autofixes the wave if no one else is there on the other team to fix it

If you are the one consistently getting the kills learning proper itemization or playing someone who snowballs particularly well can help you close out games faster. For instance, I play Karthus mid pretty often and will usually go Luden's - Oblivion Orb - Liandries because the flat pen from orb is enough to snowball in gold and below when people don't build MR.

There is constant fighting in challenger elo to. In fact even more fighting in challenger elo. They just don't as often make mistakes or take fights that result in deaths, but they do trades and harass people when they try to CS all the time.

Main issue I see is that the entire team don't know what they are doing, don't know about strengths and weakness and what the team comp should do. I see so many times they go fight when lanes are hard pushing towards us, we are down 10 kills, they still engage. If you leave them they die and before you get the wave pushed the enemies are already killing 3 turrets. Supports that clear parts of jungle where the enemies aren't and no objectives for 3-4 minutes. People running to the lane you are in because it was their lane, but you are already about to be there to clear it and ignore the other lanes. I even switched role because people just can't keep you somewhat safe as the adc.

As a jungle its impossible to farm late game 80% of the time wolvles and wraiths(chickens) are killed by your team mates so that means that you have to go Krugs to gromp which is terrible :( but my cs is 5.4 as jungle.

to be fair, if you're dying while split pushing you're split pushing wrong. Look at map. Anyone you don't see assume they are coming to you. Then ask yourself, can i win a fight against them? If no and most the time its no, just leave or float. You don't have to leave lane. You can retreat back enough the rotating players won't catch you, but stay close enough that you can easily walk back to lane and catch the wave after they push it back. TLDR : At no point in this or any guide do they tell you or encourage you to split push until death. In fact this and many other guides encourage you to split push and hits towers when no one is around. Retreating when people do or will show up.

But have you ever played a low elo game where basically the teams are araming mig and the only tank is the team never knows when to engage and he's not even there to be the frontline. It's a 5v5 and it doesn't lead anywhere, only to bad situation bc e.g. enemy has a lot of cc, our adc has no dmg, our tank doesn't know their job. There are simply team comps where without strategy, you can't win and ppl in low elo doesn't care or know. They try anyway and feed and rage. So if i'm a champ that will die if i go in and they don't follow or simply i can't even try to go in, then i either leave them and try to take and objective or i die with them. Enemy is the same stupid, again, it's low elo. They are basicslly always letting me take a turret, sometimes even a lot more. This way as i do this i farm alone, get gold and xp and objectives. But ofc team is flaming if they go into s 4v5 and they die. But how many times it happened that slowly but this is how we got objectives and won. While also, when enemy finally notices me, sometimes i simply can't get away. As stupid as it is, many times, they all 5 come, go back to base or even tp to me. They do this and ofc as soon as i see them disappearing on the map, i try to run away. But sometimes i just simply die or get a fight with them then die. Team would have olenty of time to take a turret at mid as the aram stopped there. They could make this death worth. But no, they rotate there and die again. Usually one by one. This is what i tried to tell above

A support's job isn't to manage side lanes anyway, except if you're a support who has great wave clear, usually mages. Then it can be ok for you to be in a side lane for a bit and depush the enemy waves, but usually you want to be with your team or roam to provide vision and objective control.

Kinda misleading. Hes getting 7.7 cs per min against other gold/plat players, so its not exactly challenger cs. Getting challenger cs is being able to get that cs number in a challenger game with a challenger enemy team pressuring you. Its kinda like if I go into silver and cs against silver players. I can put out " challenger " numbers easy

I hate the assumption that you can get perfect cs every game when it's not always the case because someone always applies more pressure than the other . Especially since I'm bot it's really based on my support. If they are aggro yeah I get more . It's rare like 1/10 games I get 10-12 per minute but standard is always 6-8 simply from hard pressure from enemy support or jungle

@@LittlePawLeora Even if you look at challenger player average cs scores in their own games, they can have very low cs depending on how the game went for them. Maybe they just did badly and lost a lot of farm because in higher elo, if you misplay, you always get hard punished for that by missing cs because they got much better understanding of wave management (in very low elo people don't even push in waves after a kill, they just recall lol). Also sometimes the game is just a complete fiesta and the more you spend time fighting, the less time you have to be able to cs as well. It's not that you don't want to cs, but your team is literally making it impossible for you to do it, because fight after fight keeps breaking out and you just don't have the time to be somewhere else. In high elo, since people are much better at rotating, you can therefore sometimes see mid fiestas as early as level 3-4, where both junglers and the supports and sometimes even the adcs roam mid. Or you got these 4 or even 5 man early dives on top or bot tower, with TP plays coming in from both top and mid laners.
