That "moon dome" looks like it would be a ridiculously solid buy if you really could buy one for $20K. I am in the middle of checking out land lots and probably would not hesitate to buy that as the chosen kit house to go with it if the price is to be believed.

These are Sheds What about the Incred-A-Box from Incredible Tiny Homes 8X16 for $20,000 has everything kitchen shower toilet they have other models also a 8X20 for $30,000 and you can Tow them behind you

With all due respect, I think you might be the only contractor in the U.S. that would charge $10k for this. Which makes you a saint for sure, but I’m not sure you could meet the demand needed.

But you can build it yourself. That’s a very useful skill to have…and one that the general person doesn’t have. But where can you build a home for 10k? You must be down south somewhere, where you can buy a mansion with a pool on 3 acres for 250k. 😅
