Hang in there Marco it gets better it just takes time. I’m almost 16 months off benzos and still have symptoms although I’m MUCH better. It’s a very difficult journey, very traumatic. I appreciate your honesty and sharing your story. Every story helps and I need to share my own one day. Wishing you a speeding recovery from California!

Has anyone experienced tolerance withdrawal? I think I am currently in it. I have a very bloated stomach that won't go down, heightened anxiety, palpitations, hyperventilation I'm on 0.25mg klonopin and IDK what to do from here. I'm refusing to up the dose

I had tolerance withdrawal and I confirmed it now that I’m tapering, I started to feel the same symptom stronger than taking the dose I took, so I can relate it exists!

@@anettec4340 it’s been like a year since I tapered and I’m so glad I’m off. It wasn’t bad at all and that’s what I feared. I shaved off very tiny amounts each day and it worked out great. I was only on 0.5mg klonopin and never took more then prescribed and only took them for like six months or less and that’s what made it easier too. Some people are on them for years..I can’t even imagine

@@glassdefjaw1 ohhh! I’m so happy to read this, you give me hope! I was on 0.5 too but I took it for 2 years and a half, now I’m tapering slowly, I’m in 0,375 but I’m not feeling good, I have a lot of withdrawal symptoms and I don’t know how long it will take to come off!

@@anettec4340 it will take you longer because you have been on it for much longer. It took me like two or so months to taper off shaving very little off.

I have TERRIBLE nerve pain. I have to take ibuprofen almost daily. I'm a yr off kpin.

I know, but remember that we all are different and also we took probably different kind of benzos, I have read that it takes between 6 months to 2 years to fully recover and to be honest at the beginning of this I didn't even think of surviving a week with this symptoms. I hope that you can get as much information as possible and that you recovery won't be so hard :)
