Hello Alex, are the deliverables available for all units? mine, doesn't have a bed frame, mattress, tv, shower partition, etc

Hi Kent! The deliverables are those attached to the property. The things you mentioned are usually not included. However, you can confirm a list of deliverables with your agent because sometimes it they have promos wherein they add more items to deliver to clients.
