What is a good tension for a resistance band if you attach it to the goal (like you did in the video) I saw a purple 12 to 30 resistance band and a 30-80 purple resistance band at the Amazon link you provided. Which purple resistance band did you use in the video?

I’d say get the multipack so you can utilise all different resistances. However, if you’re set on one, I’d suggest the blue band

Nope, they aren’t the same cones. The cones I used were not mine, they were my team and they were Nike. Which makes them unreasonably expensive.
