Looking after our mind has never been more important that it is today. Whether it be controlling our reaction to stressors, managing anxiety, spending time alone with our thoughts OR cultivating resilience and learning to be more present: this special episode will help you on your journey to become your true, authentic self.
This special compilation episode contains some of the very best clips from this year’s Feel Better Live More Podcast to help you harness the power of your mind, from former guests Jay Shetty, Rich Roll, Tom Bilyeu, Peter Crone, James Nestor, Brian MacKenzie, Pippa Grange and Julia Samuel.
We’ll hear:
@richroll l on the importance of having time alone with our thoughts and why we need discomfort in order to grow.
@jayshetty explaining why so many of us these days are not living lives that are truly ours.
@TomBilyeu discusses identity, how to become resilient and how to view criticism as a gift.
England Football Team Psychologist Pippa Grange shares her belief that most of us are performing at life not living it. She explains why we should stop holding back, put fear aside and allow ourselves to live the life we want to live.
Brian MacKenzie reveals how we can use the power of our breath to become more present and help counteract the constant stimulus of modern-day life
James Nestor explains why the way we breathe is so important for the health of our body and for the health of our mind.
Psychotherapist Julia Samuel talks about the many ‘living losses’ we are experiencing through the pandemic and that how we respond to change, in many ways, determines how our lives will unfold
And finally Peter Crone - AKA The Mind Architect - explains why we all need to slow down in order to find true happiness in our lives.
Taking care of our mind is just as important as looking after our body. I hope you enjoy this episode.

I am trying to live more like it was before the mobiles. Going to friends without knowing if they are at home. Going into nature. Animals are so beautiful and one with me. Throw your phone away and you will discover what you want to do before you might die tomorrow. It is that easy. Much love. Xx

Remember in 1980 we would hurry home to see the number of calls on our phone machine ! When we call each others phones just to hear the clever message we made ! Then came out the things we'd beep into the phone to retrieve our messages when not at home !!

If you feel stressed at work, it is a sign you don't love your job. Think and choose a job that is more you. You change and that you have learned for an occupation, does not mean that you can go a total other way. You can use your knowledge in another way in another job. Much love. Xx

Great stuff! I'm just starting to dip into podcasts; so many interesting ideas to benefit from and they get wide circulation. I particularly loved the episode with James Nestor on breath. I suggest to complement these you interview a serious religious leader with a compassionate, open minded, and inquiring practice. So much of the wisdom you are sharing can be not only ideas but lived via dedication to a good tradition that also grounds people in community, social justice, and concern and connection with the world and nature. Much contemporary alienation can be overcome and we can help others to feel better, live more.

Amazing video, I am still watching it slowly. We are so lucky to be struggling with things like stress and obesity in 2020 when King Jung Un is still oppressing millions in camps that are as bad as Hitler's. I just got into watching interviews with Yeonmi Park and it was very touching the struggles that she went through to escape North Korea.

I agree there is poverty in uniformity. However, It seems often people are actually ‘preforming ‘ for others in an attempt to express that they are different. Too loud of a performance make others distrust authenticity.

Richard Roll's point brilliant....years ago when the internet was evolving I trademarked the term "Latex Your Mind" and I have a t shirt from that era; same era when Jeffrey Epstein stole my art -- I made a t-shirt with the art work same time... Food -- obesity foods --highly addictive weren't here way back when....again a new era food that requires no chewing....designed to eat fast, processed and highly addictive...
