I have learned so much from GTN yet this video was a reality check. How many of us just go out and run? We use the excuse, “I’m so short on time.” I am guilty of this. Love the drills.

Thanks Tim and Mark, I found the hip belt concept really helped me. Coupled with a tucking under of my hips I can control the high hamstring tendonopathy that has given me grief for the last 3 years.

Awesome tips and drills. Followed him for ages as he was a former duathlon world champ (I prefer du's over tri's if I'm honest - still waiting for the Global Duathlon Network! 😁), and also super happy for him after his recovery from that horrific 2017 car accident in Kona. More Tim! 🏃♂️🚴♂️🏃♂️

@@gtn why not take a totally new amateur Triathlete and get the channel to coach them through all 3 sports till they can compete in a Triathlon. It'd be amazing to watch someone take the whole journey.

I'm in totally agreement with you guys. I'm so blessed to have found this channel. I stumbled upon it when I was experiencing knee pain and was worried I would have to give running up. The video on preventing knee injuries has been a tremendous help. In addition to yoga I implemented the drills for knees, etc. My performance improved, but I am still a work in progress.

I've always thought it was Tim's ability to hurt himself and keep pushing when others would back off that sets him apart. He's talented yes but he's always appeared to be someone who operates above his level in every disapline he's done.
