Judge Zovaal seems pretty nuts - stacking your deck from the start so you know exactly what you'll draw every single game is insane. Even with the downside of drawing your high cost stuff early, you'll be able to build around it. It would also be pretty boring to play with since every game would play out the same. As is, this is a tavern brawl mechanic. In order to be a valid card to print, it'd need a huge downside, e.g. -10 starting health. - btw that would still be insanely busted, imagine if a combo deck just drew the combo exactly on time every single game.

Cool designs as always. For Lord Ehps'deen, I feel like a mass mind control affect like this could never really work. In standard right now, it would be pretty bad, since this would hit very few minions and only counter a select few aggro decks. However, in wild, it would be absolutely nuts with pint-sized potion and other attack-reducing effects. And if this was introduced alongside those kind of effects in standard, it would have the same problem. I just don't know if a mass mind control effect like this could ever really be balanced, but maybe I'm wrong. I absolutely love The Runecarver, by the way, though again, I wonder if it's too powerful with Prince Renethal, since you basically get 10 health for free? Ah, who cares! I want him!

Runecarver-Renathal Triple-blood/1-unholy control would be absolutely insane You’d have Airlock Breach, Maw & Paw, and Vampiric Blood for health gains, but also nearly every Plague cards, including Helya, to kill the opponent slowly
