Is it cheesy? Yes. Do I love it for it? Absolutely. I’m glad it got a Blu-Ray and now is preserved in HD. It’s been one of my favorite films ever since I was little because the movie isn’t afraid to be itself. It just goes for it. It walks that line of playing it straight while also making comedic like of the absurdity of giant spiders. I’ve been disappointed by all other giant spider movies because they can’t compete with the best. I appreciate the review and I hope it gets memorized as a monster movie classic. Fun Fact: The original movie title was “Arac Attack” but when the line “Eight Legged Freaks” was improvised, the creators made the name.

Remember watching this movie in 2020 and it was entertaining even better , I was just disturbing to me when grandpa dies and the whole spider shop is destroyed filled with cobwebs , this movie is really something you should watch just for entertainment

I used to watch this movie alot as a young child (5 or 6) at my babysitters house. Was born in 2000 and loved horror movies as a kid until I seen The Boogeyman and was scared of the dark until I was a teenager. I'm okay now. Also, would absolutely love a video on Ready to Rumble. Will become a full time basement buddy once I get my new job!

Having only just found your channel through your newest Lost video (soon to be plural) it's always nice to see somebody revisiting the B-movie classics of the early 00's. And I have a #8 reason for people to love this movie: #8 The theme music for the tarantula is "Itsy Bitsy Spider" played slower and deeper. Hilarious, cheesy, and a great way to spend a Friday night with my dad and brother.
