Thanks for watching! What’s your number one reason for lettering on the iPad?
@Laurel996 жыл бұрын
I think my number 1 is because it's easy to bring anywhere and use any type of brush that I want without bringing a 50 pound bad.
@iPadLettering6 жыл бұрын
@@Laurel99 very much agree! And you can use any color you want too 😄😂

I'm a lefty! And I find lettering on the iPad is much easier to overcome all the difficulties I've had in trying to hand letter with brush pens and paper.
@iPadLettering6 жыл бұрын
This is such a good point!! I should have mentioned it as reason number 9 (although I’m not a lefty 😝) 🤗

For now, my own satisfaction. Slowly learning things and hope one day to be able to make some money doing small things.

Hello, from Greenwich, New York, USA. So happy to make a connection in New Zealand 🌞🌻...I’m a 60 year old wife, mother & grandmother. I absolutely love crafting & sewing. I’ve been wanting to learn more about hand lettering on Procreate, having dabbled a bit in calligraphy (at early beginner level 😉). I love anything hand crafted and I believe hand lettering is something that is well suited to expressing each scribe’s unique personal style. I also love my iPad! Our son & daughter-in-law gifted me my Apple Pencil for Christmas 2018. Now seems the perfect time to do so. Love your videos. ❤️

I an with you on not wasting supplies. I feel like my brush pens wear out really fast and they aren't cheap. So I like that with the ipad they last forever.

@@iPadLettering Yes! I'm always trying to buy different set of colors of the tombow pens...trying to keep up with the different sets but with the ipad I was able to import different color pallettes to use whatever I want whenever.

How is your calligraphy experience with A12x chip iPad pro12.9 ? .I have 1st generation iPad pro 12.9 with A9X chip .
@iPadLettering5 жыл бұрын
The most noticeable things is how much quicker the Procreate app loads with the faster chip. But once you have the canvas open, the calligraphy experience is the same I think. Procreate still works really well on the earlier iPads! Have you had a chance to watch with iPad review videos yet? The latest one is here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hHi7k2p_Z8t2r7c
