Ingredients: - 200g frozen cocktail shrimps - 2 hard-boiled eggs - 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise - a spoon of ready-made Thai sweet chili sauce (tao-tao) - a spoonful of lemon juice - clove of garlic - salt pepper additionally: boil a small carrot, a piece of celery and half a parsley, cut into small cubes Leave the shrimp in the fridge overnight to thaw slowly. Boil a lot of water in a pot with a small amount of wine vinegar (about 1 tablespoon per liter of water) or lemon juice. You can also add dill stems to the water. Also prepare a bowl with water and ice. Add the thawed shrimp to the boiling water and cook for 30 seconds. Remove them from the boiling water, briefly immerse them in ice water and place them in a strainer. Cut into small cubes. Boiled eggs too. Add mayonnaise, sauce, pressed garlic, and chopped vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and, if you like, fresh chili pepper. Mix everything together. Store in the refrigerator before serving.
