It's more due to the fact that putting someone under with anaesthetic can be risky and result in death. So they avoid doing that whenever possible and just use local anaesthetic. Like going to the dentists.

Probably due to saying "If you don't touch it, it will go away on its own" which isn't always case. And probably embarrassment and shame. A lot of people feel insecure about it so they procrastinate getting it removed because someone has to look at it.

@@guardianangel9517 I have heard dr.lee say, and personally I don't buy it that people with darker skin can have darker content yet I've seen a video of a very pale woman and her contents came out dark like that and I've also seen a very dark-skinned man with pure white cysts content. All it is is Dad skin cells. The only other thing I heard a doctor say is sometimes if there's blood in it it can cause it to come out dark like that but that doesn't make sense to me either. I think it's just one of those Oddities of nature. In other words your guess is as good as mine. LOL

Judging by the amount of views I would say more people are watching then aren't. I've seen extractions that have 50 million views and that's more than anything else on KZbin. What I Hear regularly is people watch them because they help them sleep and they find them relaxing. The majority of people that view seem to suffer from anxiety, chronic pain or our health healthcare workers. Then there's people that just think it's fun to be grossed out or are curious. Some of my best friends that I've made on social media we're from Sandra Lee's Channel especially when she first started and it was much bigger and more popular. So don't worry just enjoy there's absolutely nothing wrong with you. Take care

Cyst are dead skin cells right? That person’s skin pigment may be a reason that it was brown. People with darker skin tend to have darker cyst/ zit etc contents if that makes sense lol
