Yes this can be done with a stock motor, using tuned headers, long swing arm, very lightweight chassis, gearing optimized for the drag strip, very soft rear tire. The most important thing, is how much power you can get through the rear tire contact patch. 400 rear wheel horsepower is useless if you can't get it all down onto the asphalt. I have seen 150 HP bikes smoke 300 HP bikes because the stronger bike couldn't get all that power down where it counts. Rider skill and technique also matters a lot. I can run 9.20s on my bike, but Ricky Gadson could run into the 8s with it.

Nice I have to go get another gsxr 1000. I shouldn't of let mine go. I was sick as soon as it rolled out. Can't change last year though. I used to get a new one every 2 years now the wife says no. I'm getting to old but I can't change my mind now. After seeing a stock 08 engine go that good . She's going to be super mad in a another month. I'm not into drag bikes, but that one is impressive.

Get some CF wheels with ceramic wheel bearings run 8.60's or quicker. What's your 60ft? Did you ever get this stock motor dyno and tuned, if so what's rwhp? Pump or race gas?

Gearing has a bunch of variables but the bigger thing with that big is the amount of weight it’s lost.

Maybe it's just me but I'm not buying it. Stock motor and trapping 157mph one pass. That's 200whp territory. Bike weighs 345 but has stock wheels, stock pan, stock front end, cooling system, charging system, no carbon parts at all. This dude is playing......

My stock motor stock fairings bike has trapped 159 mph before. It’s not impossible. With A good rider and proper tune up in it it’s not hard

Nicee one!! That is wierd I wonder what engine... maybe one from newer gsxr1000 or a busa possibly? Edit: i searched a bit and it seems a k7 frame so 2007-2008 frame and a 2020 engine. This is my guess so far
