The changes in chemical composition from one dye to another can easily change how the yarn responds in your machine, even when it's the same brand, size and style of yarn as the one that worked, or didn't. There are also a lot of resources online to help avoid these pitfalls. There are facebook groups that specifically share information about knitting machines and the yarns that will and will not work with them. Keep going, needed info is out there. Thank you so much for this video. As I know how to loom knit I was very curious about the Sentro but every time I watched a video I could not believe the ugly edges from the cast on, especially from something that looks like a loom with a crank. I just found a Sentro at a local Goodwill and decided to buy it but did not even want to get close to it until I figured out a way to make a better cast on. Thank you so much for your videos!

I have more questions now than before I watched the video lol. Like how do i properly seam, what are tucked stitches and how do i fix them? Now i need to watch your other vids. But really, thanks for all you do! Stumbled on your channel trying to figure out the sentro to help/teach my daughters and found the tutorials super informative. Thank you!

What about Addi ? Will that machine work with more selection of yarns please ?

I haven’t used my Addi as much as my Sentro, but I believe it does work with slightly more yarns than the Sentro!
