8 skincare secrets - jennifer chiu - tip #1: drink warm water in the morning. is better for the body and helps with digestion - tip #2: steam your face once a week. grab a bowl and put in hot water, then add in a little of your favorite essential oil. - tip #3: use a face brush every night and morning with daily cleanser. use gentle circular motions and warm water. - tip #4: rice water as a face wash! put some cold water with uncooked rice and let it soak in before washing face. - tip #5: apply rice mask. the body shop chinese ginseng and rice clarifying polishing mask!! let sit for 10 minutes, then place a warm towel over face for extra steam. now remove gently. - tip #6: apply toner. use cotton ball with toner and win around face. this softens skin and makes it brighter. - tip #7: always wear sunscreen. lather up in sunscreen all over body and especially face and neck!! sun damage is one of the worst things for our skin. - tip #8: relax the face. don’t frown, that causes wrinkles. so don’t over exaggerate facial expressions

You can use rose water as a natural toner its very good , also apple vineger diluted with water 1:3 ratio ( if your skin can tolerate it )

My mom always make me wash my face, one in the morning, afternoon and night and she every time puts sun block on my face and I had to do facial masks / face masks before I go to bed and when I watch this video I was like "now I know why she did that" my mom is skin care professional and if my friends had a mom like mine, which means some of my friends are lazy they will be "when will this stop?" 😂😂 luckily I ain't lazy and I am happy to don't have anything noticeable on my face, I have but it blends in with my skin color 😂 Lol, seems like I'm the only one in the group that has skin care routine
