I cant smell, so I cant tell - my mum didnt like me putting castor oil on her body, it had a bad smell to her. How do you disguise the smell? What are other peoples experience with this? Castor oil is a purger, so you cant use it too often, for too long, as people used it for constipation in my parents day (they are now 85yrs old) also a daily dose of cod liver oil for general health. Night blindness (adjusting from light to dark at night) is a vitamin A deficiency, which is in cod liver oil, or other fruit + vege, + especially yellow + orange fruit + vege, + sweet potato. African children were getting cataracts, they were given oil drops from vit A capsules into their eyes. Because they were extremely deficient, the vit A worked quickly, vitamins only work if youre deficient

One other thing to keep in mind for what I understand to be added benefits: castor oil packs. They actually sell organic wool strips of material that you put castor oil on, as well as your skin. You mentioned more regular bowel movements. One of the tricks that was put out by Barbara O’Neill was using this castor oil pack across your midsection, wrap a plastic bag or maybe saran wrap around your midsection and over top of the wool wrap, and then put a heating pad over the area for 20 to 40 minutes. Same thing for your liver and gallbladder while laying on your left side. Another was wrapping it around your neck for your thyroid. I don’t mean to take steam away from your channel, but Barbara O’Neill is a wealth of holistic information. She has said that the castor oil is one of the deepest penetrating oils and will break up cysts on the ovaries and even bone spurs.

I did the castor oil packs (as per Edgar Cayce's protocols for it). Plus, I ate coconut oil because I learned that appendicitis is usually caused by constipation AFTER the appendix has dried up from not enough fat/oil in the diet. I was trying to go fat-free at the time. There is the belief that the appendix is actually a little oil can/reservoir that lubricates the colon. Makes sense to me.

I had a huge boil-like wound that came up on the arch of my foot last July, then got so big within a few weeks that it came out the top of my foot. I cared for it religiously for a month then decided it was time for antibiotics as I could feel the infection moving up my leg. I went to the ER where upon arrival they scheduled me for amputation the next morning. Med students wanted to see it and take pictures. Honestly it was horrible - my foot looked like it was going split in half-and another thing that brought me to ER was I was getting scared a toe was going to fall off in my lap as I did my daily dressing change. I refused the amputation to a bunch of docs for 5 days in the hospital that tried every tactic known to man to try to talk me into the amputation (“Do you think you’re smarter than me??”). I finally got out of there and had been using castor oil all over my body for a year or two prior. I decided to try castor oil and just poured it liberally on my foot every night and I’m currently getting ready to go to my doc -I haven’t seen a doc in 2.5 months and I can’t hardly wait to show him my foot today. It is about 90% healed and I attribute it 100% to castor oil.

Am I native country of Haiti? I grew up hearing how castor oil was good for everything. My grandmother and everyone we knew used castor oil for just about everything. If anyone had a sprain or a strain or soreness somewhere, they would massage you with castor oil and some other things. They would make polices with castor oil. They would even give you a concoction with castor oil as a cleanse if you had any stomach issues. When I came to the US, I realize nobody talked about castor oil. That was one of the most striking things to me, so I started to think it was a wise tale that my country was telling. But then I started to kind of slowly added back into my regimen and then the last few years I’m noticing more and more Americans and some foreigners are talking about castor oil and it’s benefits as well, so I am glad that this knowledge is becoming mainstream now.

@dorinnaforest89378 ай бұрын
@cfayekThank you for answering! Good point. I am wondering then how some people can advise "buy cold pressed oiil" . Probably the oil has good properties even after heating. Just like Moroccan Argan oil. After a search I found a video clip 'how to make castor oil at home' (onyx food hill). The lady tells to first roast the seeds for 20 minutes in 140 degrees Celsius, while stirring slowly. Until light brown. This already would destroy the ricine poison. She continues: Let it cool down. And then in de blender with some water, you make a paste. This will be boiled with extra water, so that it is liquid, for 40 minutes. When cooled, strain away the blend seed hulls and put the liquid in the freezer. Layers will form. After 4 hours you can scoop away the oil floating at the top. Boil again to vaporize the water completely. Let it cool down again and then put it through a strainer. Now you have thick clear oil. This seems do-able to me. I wish you success!

Actually, I hear the ingredients in sunscreens can cause cancer. There are plenty of natural alternatives to try, but if you're really White and going to be in the sun for an unusual amount of time, it may still be best to use the synthetic stuff as burning can have long-lasting, unwanted effects. It depends on your lifestyle and your genetics.

I totally agree… 3 weeks ago, I twisted my knee (several different muscles were affected). While still walking with a limp, about a week ago, I watched a video about castor oil and would have never believed it would work like that… after my bath that night I rubbed it on, just as an all over moisturizer… but the next morning, there was barely a twinge of pain. I didn’t even target my knee and it just worked overnight. I would have never in my life imagined… if you have pains in your body, it’s definitely worth even a half-hearted try! 🤩🤩

Miraculous - no infection left - all dried out & kept applying c/o wraps for another 3 nights. My toe is very happy & so am I🙂

a friend had a very large cyst on the back that was very painful and going to be removed surgically which my friend was dreading. I gave him one teaspoon of C.O. before bed and a little oil on a poultice and put in in the belly button overnight. 12 hours later the cyst burst and drained naturally...it was like a miracle. he said 'when that thing burst and drained I felt something evil leave my body' !! I have dry eyes and very large floaters and light flashes from a near retinal detachment. I started using the castor again for a painful RSI elbow that nothing seemed to be able to fix. it helped it immediately. not 100% gone as the tendon is still damaged but I would say 90% better. I have just used it again for a bad flu - rubbing on chest, face and neck - and I think my eye issues have declined. miraculous. Castor Oil is a gift from God.

After reading all these tons of comments of positive experiences with castor oil, I want to add my 2 (cents) experiences that occured almost incedentally, because I had castor oil in the house and just tried it. Firstly for my nails : I had gel nails removed once, and the technician used a rotating file tool to remove it. My nails were RUINED. And full of those white flecks. About 1 week of castor oil and good as new, even the white flecks were gone! Second, I tried applying to my eyelids and around my eyes for an eye infection : gone overnight! (Also : got me into labour at 42 weeks and had a 2 HOUR labour from start to finish. But that's a whole other story!) I'm definitely going to start using this for more ailments etc.

I’m so glad I found your video. Please don’t doubt yourself Castor oil is amazing. I started using it initially for my eyebrows and eyelashes but it would seep into my eyes at night and I didn’t like it so I stopped the lashes. But I began using it on my nail bed because my nails are really dry and brittle. I rub a few drops in and wait 10 minutes and add a thick lotion running it all over my hands and forearms. I’m 65 and my arms are getting crappie so I go in with more oil and lotion. My hands look so much better and the lines on my arms are fading. So then I decide to go full strength on my face and neck at night. Wow! My skin looks soft, supple and nicely hydrated, not greasy just glowy. I have used every type of skin hair high and low: La Mer, Strivectin, Knours, The Ordinary and some were good but not as good a my $8 bottle of cold press Castor Oil from Amazon. Tonight I’ll try on my legs and see how that goes. Ladies, don’t let the stickiness deter you, try it, it will get absorbed and it is freaking amazing!

The next day I could not stop going to the bathroom….to the point that I lost so much fluids my electrolytes were thrown off and I had symptoms of a heart attack. It took me a few weeks to get back to normal. When Barbra O’Neill says this is the deepest penetrating oil, she was not kidding. I didn’t even ingest it… just used it topically. Be careful with these things bc they’re just as strong as medicine…. They are medicine.

You might have had the reaction because as another lady commented that she had put it around her stomach area then wrapped with wool cloth then wrapped her self with the saran wrap then placed a heating pad on for 20-40 minutes so it would penetrate deep I'm tissues 3×week. It wasn't supposed to stay wrapped/sealed around on you over night. Others rub it on like lotion for other issues and it is able to absorb/ dry out, but sealing it kept it's strong potency against your skin while you sleep overnight. That might be why it made you so sick like one taking an overdose of any drug. Thank God you survived that situation through. Have a good day. 😇✝️❤️🙏🏾

Ladies here is tip for using your Castor Oil. Castor oil is very thick.. however... you can fix that.. and this is another great way.. Get yourselves a bottle of Baha Hyaluronic acid serum. It's about $23 for an 8 ounce bottle. It goes a long ways too! Mix it and the castor oil in the plam of your hand and it will glide right on, (I do about a 1:1 ratio). You will love it. And Hyaluronic acid serum is super super good for your skin. I do 5 minute facial massages every day with it, and I'm noticing that I'm getting this great "glass skin" sort of glow.. NOTE about Hyaluronic acid, you can add just few drops of water to it and it rehydrated beaautifuly.... yup yup YUP!

My mother used to give all 8 of us castor oil once a month as a laxative. We were rarely sick as children with colds/flu. My grandmother lived by it. She never looked old. She used it at night after washing her face and had no wrinkles around her eyes and didn’t have a wrinkled neck. She was nearly 90 when she passed. I use it to this day if I’m constipated. One tablespoon (for adults) works for me. I suggest a teaspoon for children or smaller built women. I tell you it will clean house from the rooter to the tooter. I will use it other places as you suggested, namely my eyelashes, which I noticed were thinning. I also started using it on my hair and scalp. I noticed my hair breaking a lot and getting thinner. We’ll see what happens. I find that the simplest things work, especially using natural things from the earth the way GOD intended. Another good skin remedy is extra virgin olive oil!

My husband gets up and says you look so beautiful this morning with that makeup up on. I laughed and said I don’t have make up on. He said you don’t, I said nope none at all. He say well you look so beautiful this morning. Then I told him what I did. He says wow, it sure looks like make up on you. 😂

Great point. Such is the case with any kind of detox. The herx can be horrific. Years ago I did an MMS detox and got violently ill after about two weeks. I was throwing up like a rabid guy detoxing with MMS. 😜It was awful, but normal for an MMS detox back in the day. All that toxic waste just sits there and your body can't excrete it quickly enough and you end up paying for it. After that I felt amazing, but it was rough going for about 24 hours. 🤮

I am a farm girl, not young anymore. I have always had rough hands from farm work, cleaning stalls. Even when I was 20 I had the hands of a 50 year old. Now I am 60 and have hands of a 90 year old. I started using Castor oil - my dark spots have faded, skin is smoother. I think it plumped up my skin around my eyes and my nasolabial folds, not as deep. I use a liver pack every night, rub on my throat (thyroid) between my eyes (liver), bowel movement every morning and I am sleeping better. eyesight is a little better I have been using for about 3 weeks. @PebbleBeachLife8 ай бұрын
@denigrif3, many people are saying that using a drop in each eye improves eyesight and even helps for cataracts and improves night vision. Edit: I've been using castor oil on my face and eyes every night because I wanted longer eyelashes. Yes, my eyelashes are longer for sure. My face is definitely looking younger, but my eyesight has seriously improved!!!! I will have to book an appointment with the optometrist soon. This is very freaky. I have a digital alarm clock, and the numbers are extremely blury for me at night without my glasses. Now I see the digital numbers clear and crisp...woof, something is up, guys!!! I switched to Jamaican black castor oil as it's the best for eyelash growth, but I just can't deny the massive benefits here. My husband turned out to be allergic to it.

This is the oil for me, yes we are different but I read it in many different studies of natural medicine and I use it got my dad and mom to use it and we are alle very happy and less pain to feel really good! I used to have a plant, they look beautiful green dark red big leaves similar shape to hemp and it produces big seeds 2-3 in a ball like enclosure and spikes on it, the seeds are used for the oil, of course my plant did not produce enough to make oil the plant gets big like a bush so I guess it needs big fields full of these beautiful plants. Try it you won't regret it I say! It can be used internal to clean out the intestines it will wash out quickly, so stay close to the bathroom, please do research I have not tried it nor do I know how much and how! A few days ago I started using caster oil on my skin as a moisturizer. Last night, about 20 minutes after I put the oil on my chest area, I started coughing and spitting up phlegm, very very thick phlegm. The relief I felt when breathing after that was immense. So, I recommend that everyone who suffers from asthma or bronchitis do a chest or back massage in the lung area with caster oil. If I hadn't experienced it, I wouldn't have believed it. I've been doing castor oil for around two years or so, none of these are weird. Castor oil is an amazing oil. It needs to be cold pressed and hexane free. It lights age spots and really improves skin. I use it everyday at night and then also a little under my makeup and it makes me glow. My makeup is also oil based so I always look fresh and dewy. Powders get into lines and age how the face looks. It's also great for the scalp for thinning hair, crepe skin. I use a castor oil liver sometimes and a thyroid one. Aloe vera can go bad so only make small amount that can be used up quickly. It is very thick and some people may not like the slight stickiness, compared to the results I get, I don't care.

As I too have done some research on Castor oil and just purchased one that is not rancid that is properly battled etc. So I am excited because I had purchased something off Amazon and a gallon jug knowing now I saw no results because it was probably rancid and certainly probably not well produced. I think that makes a big difference. Again, thank you. I've just subscribed to your channel because I respect and appreciate what you've done. Blessings!.

It's so cute how hard you're trying to not credit the castor oil, but those of us "in the know" absolutely KNOW that all of these benefits you're experiencing are 100% because of this most miraculous oil!!! Don't be afraid to claim it!!!!

I am loving this video because I bought a bottle of castor oil, I rub it all over my body in the shower at night, before bed. I also use it in my hair, because my hair is dry. My hair looks so nice now! It’s shiny and looks longer and not frizzy anymore! I put it in my hair in the shower, so it’s able to absorb and rinse off. I also use olive oil and “Africa’s best Oil”. I put the castor oil on my chest and it looks smoother. It’s amazing , and I have used oil for my whole life, but this castor oil is a curative oil. Cocoa butter crème helps fade stretch marks fade away, too! This was fun watching! Thank you, dear lady !

I am a Diabetic. I was having a lot of issues with my feet. The castor oil improved my feet. I use to have extremely dry feet. I also had a few bouts of broken skin on my feet. I started using castor oil for six months. I have soft feet with no broken skin problems. Now I place the oil on lymph node areas, and my neck. After seeing your video I will try it on my Eczema. Thank you for sharing.

Did you know you can get rid of your diabetes?
@generaljane76439 ай бұрын
You can reverse your diabetes. Check out the ketogenic diet playlist on Dr Ken Berry’s KZbin channel. Many diabetics have reversed their diabetes. Do your own research.

Perhaps look into Chromium & Vanadium supplements. I've seen some solid evidence from naturopaths (noting it's 'against the law' to "CLAIM" diabetes can be cured) that type 2 diabetes is a chromium & vanadium trace mineral deficiency and can easily be corrected in a couple of weeks....

Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. I am 69 years old and after I was blessed to come out of hospital in 2020 after spending two months in critical care with covt, I was in a bad state, I am still on lots of steroids and night time oxygen but I already had been bad with lung problems because I have bronchectasis asthma COPD and I’m not a smoker, but I ended up with blood clots on both lungs and I lost all my hair and eyelashes. It’s taken four years to get my hair back and my eyelashes are still not the thick ones like they were here before covt., im told I have long covt. So apart from all I have mentioned I have also gained 6 stone in the four years, through the steroids. So I am going to try the caster oil as soon as I purchase some to see effect if any it has on any of my problems., it was great how you explained what happened to you and I am going to go ahead and try anything you suggest., blessings to you. 😊

You might also want to try a ketogenic woe and fasting to help heal. The body works better on ketones; it’s a cleaner fuel instead of glucose. And fasting not only cleans out cells through autophagy, but will stimulate stem cell production. Check out Dr. Jason Fung and Megan Ramos for fasting and Dr.Ken Berry for a ketogenic woe.

I can definately agree on the hair growth. Have been using it on my eyebrows and they are thicker than ever like they were when I was young. The only drawback is I again plucking them which I have not done in years LOL. Days are getting longer in Iceland and this morning I opened the door on the bathroom cabinet to shield from the glaring sun from the window. Alas they sun was coming straight on one of my eyes despite this "shield"and I saw it in the mirrow and was shoched at the amount of unplucked hairs under the brows. I was like a cave woman hahahaha. I have blond hair so I guess it was not so bad or obvious, but even I knew oh my Lord people must have noticed this. So I am thinking perhaps I need to be more careful to lather it on ONLY where I want my brows to be thick ROFL No seriously I am joking this is quite okay. I dont mind it in fact I love it. Here I was thinking my plucking days were over in my forties after plucking since I was around 15

I used castor oil with wool packs for roughly a year every week once or twice after I had a total Colectomy and 3 step jpouch surgery. They told me I couldn’t get pregnant n would have to do IVF. I got pregnant naturally happy healthy baby. Of course c section because I don’t have a colon but I swear by castor oil it helps break up adhesions and scar tissue!

@@Ishtar274Try Tropic Isle Living. I’ve been using it for years. Black Jamaican Castor Oil. It’s suddenly gone mainstream and many others besides Caribbean, others from island cultures, some European, too,and the African population have had this knowledge handed down. As such that is now mainstream an 8 oz bottle that was probably $7.99-$10.00 is now almost $20 usd or more! Do some research for what will work best for you. Either way, Castor oil is ancestral and home based remedies.

I’ll probably be the only guy that has commented on here. Love to hear the results you have gotten. I’ve used it for a few months now and what I have noticed : Fine lines on my eyelids are gone. Thicker eyebrows and eyelashes. Lightened dark spots on my face, or gone altogether. One of the biggest benefits for me is diminishing muscle soreness after workouts. I hope these benefits continue for you.
