This is EXACTLY where I’m at now. Last year bought a “sweaty” business and spent the last year operating it and learning the ropes. Grew revenue by about 32% word of mouth and pricing changes, now launching my digital presence. Website and GHL, almost done. Going to implement Cody’s idea by the end of the next weekend.

A good starting place for the recommended book business is Tim Ferriss. He frequently asks thought leaders what books they gift people the most and has even aggregated these books into lists on his website. These books are also listed in some of his books like Tools of Titans.

Solar and wind farms are on the rise due to Net Zero and need to switch to clean energy. In the UK you need to get a planning permission to build it plus connection to the grid is quite expensive. If you can supply energy directly to consumer, that is the gold rush.

On the solar front, my wife is also much smarter than me and studied this from a political science perspective. In places like Washington with a 60% of the state are these large fields of agricultural land. Most of that land is private and owned so there's a lot of working out deals with the farmers to either lease or buy their land. A lot of the land that is not used for AG currently is kind of a fire hazard.

Can you embed the Bloomberg commodities ticker into a newsletter via Beehiiv or Beacons? The idea is to have a newsletter and everytime someone is in the newsletter whether it's in the email or website that you can see the real-time commodity prices of corn, wheat, soybeans, coffee, lumber, feeder cattle, lean hogs, etc.

Whenever I drive past wind turbine farms (on the regular), I would say 80% of the turbines are not working more than half the time. Just throwing that out there. I've heard they're constantly breaking down and they're very expensive to fix. Maybe a business fixing the turbines wearing 80s porno garb?

Help 😢 That idea about mockups, anyone with a Midjourney subscription could create all the mockups they'd ever need, how is this a valuable business idea? I am only asking to understand, to see what I am missing? If you could explain the value proposition for your slow friend here I'd appreciate it. 😊

It's a professionally done project w engineering and financial model. 30 year PPA ("Power Purchase Agreement" which is the golden ticket to these things) Do you have any ideas regarding someone I can talk to about funding? Without ownership, what kind of price tag would the service have to build a company's brand, web, online store, images, stories, customer lists, processes... e.g. within 3 months or a year? I think that this price tag is an enticement for a small entrepreneur to see the value of a service or partnership. Related to the value of the company now compared to what it is after the change.
