Taxes is paid on the income as your business will be pass through taxable. You'll have business expenses you can writeoff such as gas, car maintenance, space rent, and lunches :)

Having trouble getting a business account here in CA. Seems like all banks recently just changed policy and do not want to take on further business. I think we might state we’re a vending business and then branch into atms once we have the account. Tip here in Ca is do not say you are a money services business. It will be an instant No. Good luck out there guys.

1. File for LLC with with the government/state. 2. Business bank account (cant use personal bank account). Need LLC form, EIN #, Social security #, Drivers license #. 3. Business cards, (flyers and website) 4. Find the RIGHT location to place ATM. 5. Have a contract with the owner. (Make sure both you and the owner sign a contracted so everything is professional and documented. ) 6. Buy ATM machine. Install ATM machine. Mount it to floor yourself to save money 7.Get cash to put into the ATM. And star making money monopolize

This will not always work. I have had an account at Bank of America for over 15 years, and their policy does not allow for ATM businesses.

From what I have seen it is a negotiation some do .25 per swipe others do 1 dollar so base it off what you want to earn and what the owner wants some may want nothing. All depends. 1 guy does it as a 3 dollar cash back and the owners cut is the extra. Example 3.50

Glock 26 w/ hollows brotha. If you're getting into the ATM business, get a concealed carry permit. Also, keep your head on a swivel and make eye contact with everyone that comes near you.

Our machines only dispense cash, they do not accept withdrawals. So in the eyes of the government we’re basically vending machines. We do not need any special license. We need an llc, EIN, and business bank account
