I have an LLC for my broker business and my business partner paid a lawyer $2k just so he could explain the differences between LLC and other types of entities and he recommended the LLC so that’s what we chose. Most people have LLC’s over LLP’s.

Definitely get everything set up first such as your LLC, Business bank account etc. Then once you do that, go talk to some business owners and get them under a contract. Once you get them under a contract, place an order for your ATM machine. The machine will actually arrive at their business, so you don't have to haul a 300lb machine around town. Then load the cash into the machine yourself. If you hire someone to install it they will walk you through the process of loading the cash and navigating the machine software. 1.yes it should relate to the business your doing. if you want to do other business just get another llc it won't hurt and you can keep track of the money better. 2.Dress for success if your wearing your logo and have business cards people will take you seriously.

Hey Chad! If I use my own money for the ATM machine how will I get it back? I know the money will "refunded" to you but how do they know how to refund the money that the customers take out of the machine? Is it some type of software I need to use or are the banks supposed to do that?
