What I have seen in Australia that many people changed their career and or degrees in order to meet PR requirements. Even changing locations as well. It’s a time consuming process any where from 4 years to 10. As far as I know

Something Akanksha, you have not mentioned in the vlog. I thought I should point out. Any university degree is very local in nature. If you have a degree from Canada, you cannot automatically expect that is very well accepted in Australia or vice versa. So you are now staying Canada probably should think about getting a useful degree or certificate from Canada. You will get domestic student rates now. U of T or waterloo will go a long way.

Hi there. I got PR at my age 45. I saw many people expressing anxiety on PR and look this is what I would do if I were to be 17 today. I would treat Australia or Canada as customers and in business customer satisfaction is the key to becoming profitable. If PR is the goal, nobody should speak about courses of your interest. Are you with me? I mean you should even be ready for aged care, child care, disability care or even nursing in a godforsaken places in Australia for a while and get work experience and then apply for PR. This is what Australia is hunger for at the moment. Once you get your PR, toss your field and go for your favourite and by then you could be even 28 or 30 years who cares. If PR is the goal, you should be ready to satisfy your customer and not yourself. What is in your thoughts pour it out please.

Masters degree by coursework gives 15 points and by research gives 20 points also if your education is 2 year you get 5 points. So it definitely adds weight for PR skill assessment is a different thing altogether.

Yes but those degrees do not need to be Australian. Any country’s are relevant and fetch you 15,20 points. Only if you are studying from Australia you get an additional 5 points.

I have lived in Australia for 6 years. And I have my permanent residence, but anyone coming from India to study here I would suggest them not to come here to study. Rather, directly apply for a permanent residents. Try to get your profile ready within India. You don't have to come here and spend all your money. And try to get APR because you only get 5 extra coins. When you study from here, those 5 points can be recovered. If you can show work experience from India which you can show while preparing to come here. Go do your ielts and skills assessment in India. It's very easy. Don't spend your parents's hard and money.

It is harder now to get a student visa! As of March 23 2004, the revised GT (genuine student) requirement will be strictly implemented. You are to prove and sign a declaration of your true intention of coming to Australia as a student! One question is " Do you intend to stay and look for a job after you graduate from your studies or are you going back home?". Many foreign student has been caught in the past by foreign affairs over staying, working illegally, disappearing, marrying Australian to get permanent residency! This is the reason for this changes!

You can always apply but whether you get accepted or not is totally dependent on the employer. Try it. Min wage in Australia is $26 average and you get to work 40hrs per fortnight. So do the math :)

Australians miss out on places in our own universities due to foreign students because universities favour those students because they pay for courses upfront 💰 Australia wants students to pay, study and return to their country. We do not need more immigration and higher population. Standards of living is falling so fast here now. No jobs, no wage increases, housing shortages and unaffordabilty, increased cost of living... Grass is always greener on the other side.

Australia is currently in housing crisis and the govt is starting to recognise that, the outrge at how they have handled immigration is enormous amongst citizens and the govt has to react now. I think stand by for even more severe visa restrictions, some countries may even be crossed off the list completely. Apparently the govt is starting to refuse even tourist or visitor visas from countries like India.

Academics: your child should have secured 50% of marks😂. without any Gap in between. That's all. Greatest criteria is money

I received my offer letter at deakin university Melbourne for bachelor of commerce with major in accounting and i dont have much knowledge if it is tough to get PR in accounting in Australia and would it be a good decision to move to canada after my degree completion. I got admission for MS in AI and ML from University of Adelaide, what does that mean it won't provide a pathway to PR? I mean, even if I get a job as a developer, am I not eligible for a PR?

Job title doesn’t matter. What matters is the task description of the occupation mentioned in the skilled occupation list. Eg. you have this degree and your work experience and some units in your degree match with the task description of software developer, you can apply for PR under software developer.

@@wierdo8707 I applied through Aspire Global education service's, bangalore, they took care of my application, I applied with an IELTS score of 7 and I have 4 years of work experience. Even after submitting all the certificates, they asked me explicitly for the topics we have studied in subjects related to mathematics. I got the offer within 4 days after submitting the requested details. Let me know if you have any questions.

Are bhai ye course free mai de tab bhi mat karna. Tu bhai UiI/UX youtube se aaram se 1 month ke andar andar master kar sakta hai aur waise bhi iski demand kam hoti jaa rahi hai

No , 10th marks does not make enough difference to post study ...just meet the eligibility criteria for this ..yes , if you get higher marks , that makes your profile stronger in terms of academics
