I think it's incorrect to say that a Sigma is a blend of Alpha/Beta. Sigma is individualistic, Alpha/Beta depend on social structure. Sigma is not the same, or a blend of the two.

What's your expectation? That women do all the work simply because you act like a textbook that you read about Sigmas? A real Sigma will always take the first steps, simply because it's the masculine thing to do and he wouldn't want to have it any other way - but he will only do so with women that he finds truly attractive and that really interest him. He will always take his time because he wants the relationship to grow organically, without pressure. He will never play games. If the woman does not meet his expectations, he will simply disengage and not make a big fuzz out of it.

Depends how you carry yourself and if you're really a sigma. I've been approached by most the women I've dated. My wife was different, as I sought her out and snagged her the same night I met her. Still manipulated her desire though by purposefully asking 3 of her friends to dance before finally asking her. Just had to make her feel jealous because she was the prize I had sought for over a dozen years until I finally found her.

Let's be clear about one thing here: The only way of becoming a Sigma is by being born as one - and then it takes several decades to reach full maturity. Some Sigmas might not yet have heard about that name and what it stands for, so these clips might help them with their self-discovery (where discovery means exactly that: discovery; it's not about "making" them Sigmas). If someone needs these clips to "feel good" about themselves, they're probably in denial about their actual nature (usually Betas and Omegas) and dream of being something else.

​@@winfriedmaus I'm 42. Never even heard of this until I saw a video a few weeks ago and now I've gotten a few sigma videos recommended . It's interesting watching them as it does provide clarity throughout my dating years. Been happily married for ten years and been with my wife for 14 years since I met her. I don't need these videos to feel happy about myself, I just stumbled across them.

Well I am what I am and frankly it took me some time to fully understand this. Now I do. I enjoy these videos and other people's views on anything. Can relate to much of this especially treating others the same no matter their position, money,etc. Some higher ups have been put off by my lack of awness in their presence. I greatly appreciate talented people and always thank God for the ways he has blessed them.
