Poverty in India has been increase during 1500s and multiplied very fast at the end of british empire so what we get the conclusion. Its simple that before 1500s(mughal empire) we were not so poor as we were at the time of rule and the poverty become extreme during the british empire and after independence it seen a massive revamp on poverty.
