I LOVE LOVE LOVE the COLD!!!! hate warm and hot though.... Leaving CA because of the never ending heat where the summers is like 6 months long and I hate it so much...I can deal with hot for 3 months as long as I get cool and ice cold for some other months... what about horse properties what area of Pennsylvania can I find them?

Philly is an awesome sports town The shore ( beach) is super close ( day trips) I feel the it is the most affordable large metro in the east coast if not Country Delco Lifer here
