Good tips, except #7. Weird blanket statement that the easier the feature is the more complex it is behinds the scenes. Especially when working on a user facing team whose goal is optimizing a UI (like a lot of teams in consumer apps like FB/IG), introducing small features is relatively low effort, implementation wise. More effort is needed in setting up the A/B test, monitoring it during its run, and then analyzing its results.

How do you negotiate with developers on estimates? When priorities change, PM may not be able trade in/trim equivalent scope in exchange for the new priority scope
