I’m actually working towards WR this year yes I know first year to play football! But I’ve been watching your content for the last 2 years and I’ve learned so much everyday I’m outside I run 100 yards a day! This is just amazing how much progress I’ve made from watching your content you’ve taught me how to push a DB off his platform, how to get away from a DB, and cuts, slants, releases, etc. Thank you so much!! Even if I don’t make the position I’ll still work hard for it next year

Yeah good stuff - as Collage WR from 70’s couple things ; Used sprinter 3 point stance to get off line fast and low ( not sure how all standing is best ) The same look off the line is a variable - When DB is lining up off center to take away one side , i would drive toward him to get head up , NOW he has to honor the fake ( you are setting him up cut ) Other was collision, I literally crash into DB , blow em on heels ; especially on curl / come back routes

I have a question how do you win 1 on 2 jump balls or if you are running an post and to got a step or two and your qb is a second late and you go up for the ball how do you be more aggressive in the air
@firstdowntraining5 жыл бұрын
Quincy for announcer LSU #1 in my opinion that’s more of a mindset thing. You need to be violent when you go up and high point the ball and go up with a strong grip to it. Also when you secure the ball make sure you protect it right away to make sure it doesn’t get knocked out

Can you please evaluate my highlight tape in the comments, i would greatly appreciate the feedback. I am a student athlete at Florida Memorial University currently with two seasons of eligibility remaining. I played at Southeast Missouri State University from 2017-2019 and ended up transferring because i was backing up a NFL WR who currently plays for the Las Vegas Raiders (Kristian Wilkerson) I studied his game and personally felt like I surpassed him by the start of my junior season. One thing is for sure I got stronger than him in the weigh room and faster than him. I felt as if I could start at slot or the other WR however the coaches did not see the same vision and they wanted depth at the X WR in case the star WR got injured because he got a ton of targets. I ended up redshirting 4 games into my junior season and retained that season of eligibility and transferred to The University of West Florida in 2020. The pandemic canceled that season and I got injured the following season. I did not like how the program treated me after the injury i felt as I was just a slave to them they didnt care about my well being. Also my father, grandmother, a close friend and my dog passed away while i was at UWF in a time span of about 8 months. This made me realize i need out the situation and transferred closer to Broward country which is my hometown to be closer to my mother and simplify things to give myself the best shot to make it to the next level. I transferred to Florida Memorial University in 2022 however despite the fact i came there fully eligible the i was deemed ineligible for the 2022 season because of the transfer rules. However i retained two seasons of eligibility and i will make my return this year. Please check me out if you get a chance.

Escot Presscot oh, like I’m certain routes like a deep out or a comeback looking over the inside shoulder can t the DB to turn inside against zone but most of the time I say outside shoulder
