Thank for this excellent video. I shot a steel challenge for the first time ever over the weekend and have since been looking for some information on what to focus on to get better. Yours hit the mark 😉

I like it! Separating the course into sections is a good tip for cadence as well focusing on the most difficult plate. Thanks for the video.

Great video! Please can you do a similar breakdown of Smoke&Hope? Its the worst stage for me with PCC, just can't seem to move fast enough. These are great tips BTW.

Thank you! I've been trying to do all of the stages. It's taken me years to get this far. LOL. My advice for you is... take your worst stage (like S&H) and practice it until you love it. I go through cycles of loving and hating every stage. Over the years, I've learned that the stage that is most likely to give me trouble is the one I haven't practiced enough. Unfortunately, that usually rears its ugly head when you are at a big match! Then, I practice the trouble stage until it doesn't intimidate me anymore. Hope this makes sense.

Great video! Do you index on a particular plate, and where do you stand in the box, ie. left side, right side, ect.?

I am usually using the front left corner of the box. And I am lined up with the stop plate.
