I have lived in fear for years about what I should do, mainly about retaliation, as know exactly what happened, why & how deadly dangerous all was. Involves many in high places & know how NOT going to live in fear again as don't have to as haven't done anything wrong. I am not keeping what I know to myself as too much. I feel need to share it all as it is the right thing to do for me my family & others as should concern all. I want peace, freedom & justice.

How can you answer back toxic people who seem to enjoy putting you down? From the cruel and rude relatives who tell a child they'd forget their head if it wasn't attached to a supposedly loving mother with a love/hate relationship to her child to a spouse who never appreciates all the marvelous things you do for him/her, self esteem can been seriously damaged! This leads to negative internal self talk no matter what you try to do about it. This also leads to withdrawal and fear of other people. I agree that you need to praise yourself and love yourself no matter what.

You don’t answer them. Just make their voice and their comments far away, inaudible, detached, their own opinion, etc. Best to do therapy for toxic relationships because there are several issues to be tackled, apart from this voice

How interesting!!! I love your voice - it's very soothing! What's even more interesting than the fact that different people can have totally different opinions on a subject matter is the fact that I can have totally different opinions on a subject matter!!! I used to dislike certain foods and now love them. I used to beat up on myself all the time, and I'm more and more aware of when I do that now, which allows me to redirect my focus. Thank you so much for your work!!!!!!!!💖

Always be the best that you can be! Always. I ran into some estranged family members today... even though I had only gone out for a supermarket shop and car servicing, I looked my best, with my new posture and inner glow and I came through it with flying colours. It's not so much what I was wearing, it was that I am the best I can be and proud of it. I had nothing whatsoever to be ashamed of, and wasn't. The first of many victories :)

body follows the mind - very true. but it does work the other around. the mind absolutely does follow the body as well, it's just that our body intelligence is not cultivatedas we go from childhood to our teenage years. if you watch small children moving to music, it's their body that is guiding them. they don't have to think about it. knowing how to work with our beliefs/our brains is essential AND just as important is cultivating our somatic and physical intelligence.

1:31:52 I was actually immediately rejected after the first round of auditions to the "best" drama school in my country specifically because I was _too interesting and extraordinary_ for them to mold into the kind of actor they know how to train! (relatable, malleable, everyday man/woman unless a role specifically requires them not to act average, natural and quite normalized instead of theatrical and unique, a bit of a blank slate honestly even). It's probably a good thing though because I can barely think of any actors or actresses of my birth country who truly inspire me and neither does much of our live-action fiction. I find most of our movies and series to be awfully plain. Theatre is a bit better here in comparison to the national output of films and series. But still: not many creatives here I find go really against the grain or do something unexpected, new, refreshing and unique that manages to deeply excite me. I'm glad that there are a few noteworthy outliers though who really do break with rules and expectation because they've got something new, different and exciting to say that requires them to break out of the mold and that every now and again I do still discover new creative artists even from my own country who do that for me!

...at the same time I've always had star quality stage presence though and the ability to captivate an audience! Hello, Thanks for reaching out. If you wish to book an RTT session, I would recommend connecting with one of our certified and trained RTT professionals. We have a directory of our practicing Therapists, Practitioners, and Coaches here: professionals.rtt.com/ You can search by location, issue, language, and more to connect with the most suitable Therapist, Practitioner, or Coach. If you cannot find a suitable Professional in your area, many also offer their services online. As RTT is a closed-eye therapy, you are just as supported online as you would in person. You must liaise directly with the professional to know their availability and costs. They will also be happy to answer any questions you have about the structure of the sessions and follow-ups. Kind Regards, Marisa Peer Team

Just wondering...not to criticize or condemn...but isn't it typically British to exaggerate in their language? With every British documentary I often hear a very exaggerated use of language. For example, in my life and environment I never hear about disasters, or that something can kill you with ordinary everyday things like being in a traffic jam or hungry for food... I come from a down-to-earth area in the Netherlands and unfortunately I can't identify at all with the negative language examples that Marisa uses in her videos. I don't like it when I'm in a traffic jam either, but all I think is... too bad. When I'm hungry I never say: I can eat a horse or I'll starve to death, but only simple I'm very hungry.
