Here for the people who don’t have the patience to watch the whole video 😂✌🏼 (0:48) number 1= set a schedule based on sleep cycles (1:50) number 2= try to sleep on your side or back (never on your stomach) (3:01) number 3= set the appropriate temperature in your room (60 to 67 F°, 15 to 19 C°) (3:37) number 4= invest in good bedding (stiffness isn’t important just make sure it’s cozy) buy a good pillow as well and change it every 2 years. (4:43) number 5= make your bedroom as dark as possible (5:07) number 6= eat the right food. Foods that promote sleeping are: almonds, walnuts, chamomile tea, kiwi and rice (6:12) number 7= use earplugs (6:51) number 8= resolve your stress, calm down and relax before going to bed. You can try Meditation (just download any meditation app and your Gucci✌🏼) Wow guys thanks for 500+ likes. My tow suggestions: 1) Taking a warm (not hot) shower half hour before going to bed! 2) Drinking a warm cup of herbs (mint, sage...etc) 2 hours before going to sleep, last thing to eat or drink!

On sort of long holidays I sleep at 12 wake up at 4 ( without an alarm btw I just wake up at4) play my tab till my little brothers wake up ( around 6 o clock) and go back to sleep and wake up again at 10 am. On weekends though I sleep at around 11 pm and wake up at 8 or 9 am. On school days I sleep trying to do homework (I leave homework for the night whenever I start doing them I get reallybsleeping and start yawning at this point I just leave it unfinished , pack my back clean the mess on my bed and go to sleep) and wake up at 5 30. I live in hulhumale (maldives) and go to school in male. I have to be at school by 6 50. Oh and if you read all this you are a strong person. If you read through plz like this

The sleeping position mentioned in no. 2 was also recommended by the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S. A. W. 14 centuries ago. Muhammad S. A. W. also said that never sleep on your stomach. Allah(Our Creator)does not not like this position!

here are some tips from a guy called Kira Yoshikage here it is: My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

Another tip which has helped me a lot, is don't 'TRY' to sleep. Sleeping like breathing is a natural process that is done automatically, the moment you 'try' or 'need' to sleep you are disrupting the process and often have the opposite effect. Another is sleep hygene but we'll leave it at that.

My life routine is waking up for school and getting ready, coming from school and cleaning my house and then eat, doing homework, taking a shower, eat food again, and do workout and eat some fruits before brushing teeth, then I go on my phone and put lofi music I sleep always at 9:15, I'm just a normal person and I just wear on some Van's or nikes black and a gap sweater and slim jeans and a black back pack, for haircut I just get a taper and a lineup and kinda short hair.
