I actually enjoy it, I see a variety of artists and they do a good job showcasing up and coming artists plus a variety of good international artists from the Japanese, Indian, Korean, Latino, etc community. I've been going to festivals since I was 3 years old and key tips I learned 1. Freeze as many water bottles as you can fit in the cooler 2. Pack no-cook snacks for when you're lazy and 1 min rice or pre-cooked and you can make stor fry over a campfire kinda rocks Hummus long green onions and pre sliced carrots or sandwich things all in sealed glass containers and zip locked so ice water doesn't get to it 3. Hand mirrors and folding mirrors are life also do all makeup In a tent with a battery powered makeup light/mirror then setting spray so it's not sticky NO STICKY MAKEUP it will get dusty use makeup wipes at the end of the day then water with a microfiber makeup removal cloth it helps a lot 4. A light oversized layer covering you shoulders and a sun umbrella meant for sun can keep you sunburn free (just decorate it if you want) and don't forget sunscreen all over multiple times a day if you can't shower bring and extra gallon or two of water and just use a rag at the end of the day to get all that grime off also always make your bed in your tent when you wake up so you can fall into it at night and sleep peacefully x.x

It was basically fairground food, and that’s all you needed because you were racing to get to the next stage to see a performance. There was no time to sit down for paella (🙄). I heard some terrible experiences regarding the lack of shuttles. Some people couldn't even get in because the shuttles stopped running. I love this video though.

I havent been to many music festivals, but the ones ive been to were: sziget festival in budapest (super worth it, quality music, amazing lineups,so many things to do), untold festival in romania, electric castle in romania and summer well, also in romania. If you ever plan a trip to european festivals, i def recommend these.

I went to Coachella in 2003 to see the Beastie Boys headline and on the way out my friend and I vowed never to return.

The price baffles me. I went to a mid size festival here in England a few years ago and I was spending £15+ on basic burgers. That’s around 20$. A fried breakfast, small portion, £12, a brisket bowl, £22. The prices at coachella makes the festivals here look so cheap, but, it’s the weather I wouldn’t do. I’d rather have a wet rainy weekend than the sand and heat. Camping is around the same price but it’s just really muddy.
