8 WEEKS PREGNANT (UPDATE) - First Ultrasound, Changing Due Date and Anxiety

Hi everyone! This is the most fun update yet since we had our first ultrasound! The ultrasound actually caused the Dr. to move our due date back a week. I have also been suffering with a LOT of anxiety this pregnancy which I am trying to work through. Thanks for watching!

Came across this video as I had a successful embryo transfer. Even though it was successful, I still get nervous about the progression of the embryo. The hard part is waiting 2 weeks at a time for the ultrasounds. I passed the 6 weeks (went well) and the 8 week is coming up. I try to distract myself and be present of the joy of being pregnant. It scares me that a lot of miscarriages happen between 6-8. Prayers that all is going as it should. 🙏🏼

Hi. I'm pregnant too! I'm due oct. 3 so a few weeks after you. I would just keep your own dating in mind and talk about your birth plan early with your O.B. let them know you don't want induction unless medically necessary and not because of Dr. Schedule or "due dates"

I'm due with my 10th in October and chart my cycles as well. I figure out my due date based off of my chart, then work backward to figure out the appropriate last menstrual period date. Hope that makes sense. So my recommendation would be to stick with the date you figured out, especially since your ultrasound confirmed it. I once ovulated a month late (thanks to breastfeeding) and my doctor was pretty shocked when my ultrasound confirmed my date. We moved and I have a different doctor now, but since then I've given a fake date.
