It might be time to nourish your need of a paragon who can encourage your playing skills -- an organist you would enjoy such as Jonathon Scott or Paul Fey -- My mentors-chosen were the likes of E. Power Biggs, Virgil Fox, Diane Bish. ( I'm old ! ) BTW ---- You dress very smart and dashing !
