you American Guys can be really happy , if i would do this with my Kona N here in Germany i would directly lost my warrenity ,and on top of that the Operating Permit woulld be deleted directly as well , what piss me really off is that the Facelift i30 N Performance just got one resonator but not the Middle one like the Kona N did here in Europe..So the Kona N is more castrated unlike the I30 N Performance Facelift Version ,

When you get catback exhaust do you still get down pipe for more performance or is it not needed?

You get most of your performance from the downpipe. Changing your muffler and mid pipe doesn’t offer any performance gains and that goes for almost every car in existence. Get the headers/ Down pipe. Making the engine breathe easier or intake easier always provides some type of gain. Especially with 4 cylinders this all applies.

All muffler shops will have exhaust piping. You just bring the car there and tell them what you want.
