That Black & Decker commercial and that Ruffles commercial really show how upbeat 80s commercials could be compared to the ones today. Are they cheesy? Oh my, yes. But they're full of energy that you just don't see much in advertising. Also... 4:07 - I always approve of cat commercials.

3:22 Well, that was surprisingly upbeat for an ironing commercial. Do theyeven make ads for irons anymore?

I love that Purina commercial, especially when the person has the kitty inside his/her raincoat (I can't tell the gender), and the baby trying to pet the cat.

More correctly, a young girl.

It's the same girl as seen at 04:27 , however,they switched cats. the one in the raincoat is much younger than the one shown eating.

Man I cannot get over that truck ad. I wish they still made little mini-pickups like that. A bare-bones truck with three seats, a manual transmission, small enough to be easy to park, and low enough to the ground where it doesn't look like you are trying to compensate for something.

Black & Decker-was that Geena Davis at the end of that ad? Moonlighting-to this day im still wondering how they would pull off a reunion..surely Bruce and Cybill had to have buried the hatchet by now "SPENSAHHH.."- wish A Man Called Hawk lasted longer than SFH did Something About Amelia-had this movie been remade today,it wouldve probably ended with the dad(what if Danson reprised his role?) being shot and killed by either the mother,or Amelia herself Alex-The Life Of A Child-ill assume that movie didnt have a happy ending either :(

No, that's not Geena Davis

I remember this particular post like it was yesterday. Yeah, the movie Alex was a really sad ending. I remember for it would be one of the first TV movies that made me cry as a kid. E.T. was the first 😢
@Oppeldeldoc17 жыл бұрын
The problem with another "Something About Amelia" is that TV is now obsessed with pedophiles (not just concerned in a good way, but obsessed). So it would be just one more movie about the subject!

I think s person would only need a 64 ounce bottle of ketchup if they have a big family. (that said, my big family has never bought a bottle of ketchup that size but only because two of my siblings don't like that particular condiment)
